2. Full address for delivery (if different to the above)

3. Your e-mail address (so that we can contact you about delivery)

4. Most important - full details of what you want - please specify

    Product / Design / Size / Colour - Product Price
    eg. Pet Blanket / Sheep Design / Size - Medium / Colour - Rosso / Price - £12.26

5. Your telephone number including STD code in case we need to telephone you.
